Uncovering our developing selves - or what we experience as challenging in our challenges - provides powerful anchors for deep and accelerated learning. Anchors such as these open up the edges of awareness: about our talents, our preferences, our perspectives; about our actions, behaviors, and impact; ultimately about our health and happiness. While insights about what is "true to us" in coaching are key to achieving change, the insights that show us where that growth is and what it looks like, act as the bridge we need to navigate the gap between where we are and where we want to go. Great assessments give us these types of insight.

As a psychologist and an assessment specialist, I have learned that the reflective tools we use in coaching are pivotal anchors to facilitating learning and growth. In having carefully curated a suite of tools for our clients that can be trusted for their own integrity, it is now my own privilege to work towards making these accessible to not only our clients, but to others in the industry who want the same for their clients. From my own experience and work with clients, this work, when done well, is a gift that keeps on giving in how it continuously opens up new pathways of awareness and understanding.
